What is Spill the Juice?
Spill the Juice is a lifestyle chat show created by Spiller. The platform was launched in June 2022 as a means to share gossip from UK rappers, content creators and other personalities.
Spill the Juice’s first series appeared on the Trnd Centrl YouTube channel and has since moved to Spiller’s own channel from the second season in October 2022. The show is produced by Selects Studio.
Spill the Juice Format
Spill the Juice episodes are recorded in rooftop club, terrace and other relaxed outdoor environments. In each recording the hosts and guests sit on sofas and chairs around a table with drinks. The group is also joined by a group of five-eight mostly unnamed guest women (that change on each episode) who are brought into conversations.
Spill the Juice is a platform to share gossip. The phrase “spill the juice” is often used by Spiller to get guests to elaborate on any answers and give specific details about things they may have been vague about.
Spiller leads the conversations and has support from his co-hosts. Over time this has altered from a team of two (M Lavontelle and John Wick) to three (M Lavontelle, Jimbo and Tennessee Thresh) co-hosts. The whole group, including the panel of women, are encouraged to share their opinions and perspectives over the course of each episode.
DJ Deo plays sound effects live during the recordings to punctuate any significant revelations. He has also been included in conversations.
Many episodes of Spill the Juice are recorded in London. The show has also filmed in Portugal.

M Lavontelle
M Lavontelle (Mosique Lavontelle) is a presenter and content producer. She is known for hosting LDN LUX Entertainment’s 0-60 and has also featured on shows including The Listening Party and presenting content on Link Up TV.
Tennessee Thresh
Tennessee is known as a content creator and for high profile relationships with people within the music industry. She joined the team in season three, after previously appearing as a guest.
